Rental marketplace Zumper has released an Android version of its consumer mobile app with a pro version for landlords and brokers who are Android users set to come later this summer.

Zumper, which launched iOS pro and consumer apps last year and currently has more than 500,000 active listings across the U.S., raised $6.5 million in a Series A funding round in March.

Users of the consumer app can set up alerts for new listings that hit their price range in specific neighborhoods they want to focus on.

The Zumper Pro app is designed to help landlords and brokers list and market properties to sites like Zillow, Trulia and HotPads.
