The Keller Williams Realty recruit select process

If you ever interview with Keller Williams Realty, expect to go back a second time if your first face-to-face goes well. And a third. Keller Williams CEO Mark Willis explains why.

That first interview? Entirely scripted. If you don’t raise any red flags and pass a behavioral profile, you’ll be called back for a second interview. That’s the comprehensive one — expect the interviewer to “validate” your behavior profile, and be prepared to answer a “life journey question.”

If you get called back a third time, be prepared to express the depth of your commitment to Keller Williams. The commitment interview “is where we set mutual expectations and set the stage for the future relationship,” Willis says. Might be a good place to show off your knowledge of the company’s mission statement: “Careers worth having, businesses worth owning, and lives worth living.”
