Predictive analytics meets print marketing

Predictive analytics company Benutech Inc. and print marketing firm Corefact have integrated their products, offering real estate professionals a way to identify prospective sellers and easily send them postcards, fliers and brochures.

Benutech’s real estate prospecting software tool ReboGateway allows agents to focus their farming efforts on the homeowners within a specific geographic area who are most likely to sell their homes based on data on certain public “life events” occurring at those homes, such as a divorce, probate notice, eviction filing, a notice of default, a notice of sale, or a tax default on the home.

The tool also serves up expired listings, for-sale-by-owner (FSBO) properties, and the neighbors of homes that are just listed, just sold, or just sold outside of the local multiple listing service.

Corefact’s Web-based marketing platform provides brokers and agents branded design and print services, including hundreds of postcard and flier templates, and branded newsletters and business cards.

As a result of the integration with Benutech, agents’ ReboGateway lead data can be directly uploaded into the Corefact system into the format needed to immediately process and mail marketing materials, eliminating the need to export, import and map columns of imported data, Benutech said.

“The Corefact system and ReboGateway’s data go together like peanut butter and chocolate. They really are a perfect match. This is a win-win for the real estate agent utilizing our systems,” said Brian Fox, Benutech’s director of business development, in a statement.

Fox said agents can cut their expenses by half and potentially increase their effectiveness five to 10 times with these integrated systems.

“Many agents waste time and money marketing to large farm areas, not knowing what kind of returns they will have on their investment,” he said.

“Agents can now target probable sellers with ReboGateway data and use the Corefact system to capitalize on the data targets.”

recent survey by consulting firm WAV Group found that real estate brokerages are hungry for technology platforms that integrate with each other.

Earlier this year, Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS), a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors, signed a sales and marketing agreement with Benutech, offering ReboGateway as a business product for CAR’s 165,000-plus members to help them drum up more sellers amid inventory shortages throughout the state.
