Franchisor Re/Max LLC is now feeding luxury listings from “The Re/Max Collection” website to Bank of America’s property search portal.

Providing a luxury home feed to the Bank of America Real Estate Center “gives our agents one more tool to help them reach out to both buyers and sellers,” said Mike Reagan, Re/Max senior vice president, business alliances, in a statement. “It widens the potential audience for high-end properties and helps put customers in touch with professional, qualified agents.”

The Re/Max Collection website now serves up a framed version of Bank of America’s mortgage center.

Launched in 2013, the Re/Max Collection website features nearly 15,000 homes priced at least two times above the local average. In the first three months of this year, the site generated more than 100,000 page views, a 24 percent increase from the last three months of 2013, Re/Max says.

Bank of America’s Real Estate Center has offered listing search since 2004. Listings on the site include existing homes, new homes, and bank-owned properties, including “coming soon” REOs.

Information on existing homes is provided by a network of preferred real estate brokers including Prudential California Realty, Carrington Real Estate Services, ZipRealty, Century 21 Heritage Realty Associates, Coldwell Banker Reliable, Keller Williams Advantage II Realty Paulsen and Associates LLC, Windermere Shoreline Properties, and Prudential Northwest Properties.
