ZipRealty is providing CloudCMA, the comparative market analysis and buyer tour tool from W&R Studios, to its more than 1,700 agents in 19 markets across the U.S.

The Emeryville, California-based brokerage and referral platform paid for the broker edition of the tool, which allows it to customize CloudCMA’s look with its branding, color scheme and layout. CloudCMA gives agents the ability to create customized CMA reports, property reports and fliers, and buyer tours.

Including CloudCMA’s agent and MLS versions, more than 100,000 agents are now using the platform, said Greg Robertson, co-founder of W&R Studios.

The broker edition of CloudCMA, which W&R Studios launched in 2012, also gives ZipRealty access to a dashboard that shows different metrics around how agents are using the tool.

Over 40 brokers, including John L. Scott Real Estate, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices California Properties and Windermere Real Estate, are now using the broker edition of the tool, Robertson said.

ZipRealty operates as a brokerage in 19 markets and operates “Powered by Zip,” a referral network in 20 other markets. In May, the firm began offering a white-labeled version of its customer relationship platform, ZAP, to other brokerages.
