In what the company says is its most significant deal to date, PointDrive will provide its Web-based sales presentation, communication and analytics platform to all 1,200 agents with Chicago-based brokerage @properties.

PointDrive, also based in Chicago, says its platform helps agents generate rich visual content to share with prospective buyers and clients “in an interactive and personalized way.”

PointDrive lets agents create and share individually branded presentations; visually demonstrate specific property details, listings, CMAs, and post-closing information with documents, images, links and maps; and replace traditional emails and attachments with presentations accompanied by analytics and insights.

The tools is also designed to help agents better understand customer behavior with real-time reports showing how prospects interact with shared materials. PointDrive can generate instant email alerts when a prospect or client receives, views and downloads specific files, cluing agents in that they may need to follow up.

“We’re proud to be the first real estate firm to offer this cutting-edge technology to our employees,” said Thaddeus Wong, founder of @properties, in a statement. “Real estate will always be a visual business, but with PointDrive agents can now showcase properties and illustrate information in a way that never existed before. This tool gives our agents a competitive advantage in the Chicago real estate market.”
