Transaction management providers zipLogix and BackAgent are partnering to offer “a seamless integration” of their products.

Houston, Texas-based BackAgent offers a paperless transaction management platform with a Q&A interface that guides agents through the proper workflow and documentation. BackAgent, which this week announced a vendor partnership with Re/Max of Texas, claims an active user base of more than 100,000.

ZipLogix is owned and operated by a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors, Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS). The company’s forms software, zipForm, is the official forms software of the National Association of Realtors, which owns a 30 percent stake in the company.

“Working with innovators in our industry enables us as a company to grow a network of solutions that add and enhance valuable technology to the professional lives of agents everywhere,” zipLogix Chairman Walt McDonald said in a statement. “Creating collaborative relationships with others in our marketplace adds tremendous value to our consumers.”

ZipLogix and DocuSign announced a zipForm integration with DocuSign’s transaction management platform (formerly known as Cartavi) in October. A partnership with NuOffer announced in May allows users of the digital offer platform to access forms in zipForm.

BackAgent CEO Eric Reed said partnering with zipLogix “helps further our goal to deliver the innovative technology of BackAgent to the entire real estate industry.”
