Warren Buffett’s franchise network, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, has a presence in Arkansas with Bentonville-based Prudential Solutions Real Estate becoming the latest Prudential-affiliated brokerage to rebrand.

Broker-owner Scott Waymire said in a statement that rebranding as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Solutions Real Estate will help the 27-agent brokerage grow and recruit.

Also rebranding this week, Orlando, Florida-based Prudential Results Realty is now operating Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Results Realty. The company operates six offices with 170 agents.

Results Realty co-owner Tim St. Gordon said in a statement that he expects the franchisor will arm his company with “key technology advantages,” including “powerful lead generation, a super mobile app and other resources that are driven by the cleanest, most accurate real estate information available.”

Since launching last year, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices has grown to more than 32,000 agents and 1,011 offices in 47 states, as Prudential-affiliated brokerages switch over to the new brand in droves.

Buffett’s real estate brokerage company, HomeServices of America, created the new franchise brand in 2012 by taking a majority stake in HSF Affiliates LLC, which operates the Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Prudential Real Estate and Real Living Real Estate franchise networks. The Prudential Real Estate brand is being phased out as a condition of Prudential Financial Inc.’s sale of its real estate franchising business to Brookfield Asset Management in 2011.
