Zillow execs write tell-all book — about real estate

Zillow’s got a lot more to offer buyers and sellers than just Zestimates, according to a new 288-page book that offers insights into ways to use the information served up by the site to make smarter decisions.

The authors of “Zillow Talk: The New Rules of Real Estate” should know their way around Zillow — they’re company CEO Spencer Rascoff and the portal’s chief economist, Stan Humphries.

The book, which comes out Jan. 27, taps housing data compiled by the company’s analytics division in more than 450 local markets down to the ZIP code level to “uncover game-changing trends, bust some common myths and ultimately offer new insights to help people make smarter decisions,” Rascoff said in a statement.
