Users of BackAgent’s paperless transaction management platform can now use the form-filling software zipForm Plus from within the BackAgent interface, thanks to “deep integration” of the applications.

Now that an integration of the platforms announced last summer is complete, BackAgent users who also have zipForm Plus accounts don’t have to leave their broker’s intranet to create, edit and manage transactions in one interface, the companies said.

ZipLogix, the Realtor-owned developer of zipForm, says “establishing relationships that benefit the zipLogix user base is an area of strong growth and a focus for 2015. Releasing this deep integration with BackAgent offers a solution that focuses on innovation and optimization that real estate professionals have been waiting for.”

Last fall, zipLogix and DocuSign announced deeper integration of their products to allow users of DocuSign’s transaction management platform to fill out real estate forms using zipForm.

More than 600,000 real estate agents use Fraser, Michigan-based zipLogix’s software and forms. The company is a joint venture between the National Association of Realtors and Real Estate Business Services Inc. (REBS). REBS is a subsidiary of the California Association of Realtors.

Houston, Texas–based BackAgent says more than 100,000 real estate agents use its solutions for brokers and agents, including intranet and transaction management services.
