Cloud CMA, the popular cloud-based comparative market analysis from W&R Studios, now comes in a version tailored to teams and small brokerages.

Agent teams and brokerages with fewer than 50 agents can now brand the Cloud CMA tool with a custom cover page and their logos and colors. They also have access to a real-time dashboard that shows team leaders and brokers an overview of how their agents are using the platform, specific info about each lead in the system and the traffic the reports generate.

Until now, these features in Cloud CMA were just available to brokerages with more than 50 agents under a version of the tool launched in 2012. W&R Studios claims that more than 130,000 agents currently use the tool.

“After lots of feedback from brokers nationwide, we knew how important it was for these smaller groups to have uniform branding and consistency just like larger brokerages,” W&R Studios co-founder Greg Robertson said in a statement.

The tool, which pulls data from multiple listing services and info from real estate portals and other sites, also recently joined Zillow’s Tech Connect program, allowing agents who advertise with Zillow and have a Cloud CMA account to automatically send consumers a branded report when they contact them through the portal.

CloudCMA’s new version is sold on a monthly basis in three price tiers: teams/brokers with up to five agents pay $249.95 per month; those with up to 25 agents pay $449.95 per month; and those with up to 50 agents pay $749.95 per month.
