Look out MailChimp, Constant Contact, AWeber and REmessenger: Responsive email marketing software provider Mailify, which just brought a platform that’s already popular in Europe to the U.S., is now offering a set of real estate-specific email marketing templates.

Mailify says the templates are a response to inquiries from real estate agents, addressing industry-specific needs by allowing users to quickly update newsletters with new listings, share templates within a brokerage and get free cloud storage of listings photos.

The templates also employ responsive design, so emails look the same whether they’re viewed on mobile devices or desktop computers.

“This is a key draw for real estate agents, who know that first impressions are critical, and one bad presentation or ‘showing’ can make a deal fall apart before it even begins,” Mailify said in announcing the rollout of the new templates.

Mailify also touts simple database management to automatically remove bounces, unsubscribes and duplicates; “premium deliverability” to keep emails from being routed to spam folders; and flexible pricing based on the actual number of emails sent rather than the size of the users’ email list.

New York-based Mailify’s parent company, Sarbacane Software, is headquartered in Lille, France. In announcing the introduction of the Mailify platform to the U.S. in December, the company said Mailify has more than 20,000 users in Europe.

Email blasts are a popular tool among marketers in many industries. Real estate marketing consultant, speaker and blogger Jennifer Snyder recently put together a list of “10 reasons email marketing beats social media.”
