San Francisco agents poised for the ‘Million Dollar Listing’ limelight

Viewers across the U.S. will get to see firsthand just how nuts the San Francisco housing market is when Bravo’s hit TV series “Million Dollar Listing” makes its debut in the city on July 8.

Three agents, all aiming to push their sales volumes past $50 million in 2015, will be the tour guides.

All three come from different backgrounds, setting the stage for “Million Dollar Listing San Francisco” to expose the nuances of one of the most expensive and competitive housing markets in the U.S. and the tech stars, angel investors, venture capitalists and others pushing it there.

San Francisco native Justin Fichelson, an agent with Climb Real Estate, says his superhero power is “always getting my way.”

Roh Habibi, an agent with Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage, was born in Kabul, Afghanistan, and moved to the San Francisco Bay Area as a young child. In his spare time, he gives surfing lessons.

The third star of “Million Dollar Listing San Francisco,” Andrew Greenwell, began preparing for his real estate career at age 12. Today, Greenwell is CEO and principal at Venture Sotheby’s International Realty, a 43-agent brokerage based in the Bay Area suburb of Pleasanton.

Time will tell if one of them displays the appeal and genius of former “Million Dollar Listing” star Madison Hildebrand.
