Who got hired or promoted this week? Here’s our weekly rundown, in chronological order.

Monday, April 20

Steve Cho joined Greystone — a real estate lending, investment and advisory company — as the CMBS group as a managing director. A statement that Greystone released read: “Mr. Cho brings to Greystone over 17 years of diverse real estate experience in CMBS originations, distressed loan restructurings and dispositions, and private equity acquisitions.”

Tuesday, April 21

Green River Capital LLC, which provides real estate owned (REO) asset management and loss mitigation services for mortgage servicers, investment firms and banking institutions, has brought on Katie Brewer as chief operating officer. “Brewer has had more than a decade of experience in the default servicing industry,” read a statement released by Green River Capital.

Gus Rubio, the former COO of One Sotheby’s International Realty, is the new COO of Douglas Elliman’s South Florida team.

Wednesday, April 22

 

K.C. Brotherton joined HomeUnion — an online real estate investment management firm — as senior director of product management. A statement released by HomeUnion said: “Brotherton brings more than 17 years of experience in product management, primarily with startup companies. He joins HomeUnion from MyLife.com where he was Vice President of Product Management responsible for the MyLife.com product suite servicing over 50 million members.”

Thursday, April 23

LoanLogics, a loan quality management and performance analytics company, hired David J. O’Malley as director of loan quality services. “David is a well-respected, experienced and proven mortgage executive who has an excellent understanding of the business pressures lenders face and the important role sophisticated technology plays in helping to relieve those pressures,” said LoanLogics CEO and President Brian K. Fitzpatrick in a statement.
