Archilogic 3-D home of the week

The architects Zach + Zünd won a competition to design Losinger Marazzi’s ecologically friendly transformation of a spinning mill into loft apartments. Trust Switzerland to come up with environmentally friendly luxury apartments. This one includes 12-foot ceilings, lime-washed interiors and generous windows that produce a salubrious atmosphere.

Just like the original water mills that dotted the area, the energy supply is 100 percent renewable. This development is also one of the first new ones built around the principles of the 2000 Watt Society. Archilogic’s 3-D model is designed to save energy in another way — by allowing users to mix and match the interior design online, drop in new designer furniture and easily share their visualizations with friends.

You can test-drive Archilogic’s model production by submitting your floor plan online.

This model was produced by Pascal Babey, lead of 3-D production and design and a co-founder of Archilogic.

Archilogic is a Swiss Internet startup that specializes in intelligently generated 3-D interior models. We’re working together to see how our technical insights can help change the way that real estate is bought, sold and understood.
