Glenn Brunker

BOK Financial hired Glenn Brunker to oversee mortgage operations and help implement a Truth in Lending Act and Real Estate Settlement Procedures Act Integrated Disclosures-compliant platform.

Jim Gricar

Jim Gricar was named Houlihan Lawrence’s general sales manager in Westchester County. “New York City fuels our entire region and Jim’s firsthand city knowledge, combined with his sales prowess, uniquely positions him for success in our company,” managing principal Chris Meyers said in a statement.

July 8

Sarah Bladen

Marcus & Millichap Capital Corp., which provides commercial real estate financing and capital markets expertise, has promoted Sarah Bladen to vice president of administration. “Sarah’s extensive knowledge of MMCC’s policies and experience as an administrative assistant, operations manager and operations director with MMCC are tremendous assets that she brings to her new role,” said William E. Hughes, senior vice president, in a statement.

Margherita Ciampa-Coyne

Margherita Ciampa-Coyne was named the agency support manager for WFG National Title Insurance Company’s New England region of its agency division.

July 9

Anthony Self

Auction.com named Anthony Self as its new vice president of industry relations. “I’m thrilled to welcome Anthony Self to our team as an ambassador to the real estate community and confident that his experience and relationships will prove beneficial as we work toward enhancing the buying and selling experience for everyone,” said Auction.com CEO Tim Morse in a statement.

Neil Stern

Neil Stern was named vice president of corporate development at SGW Properties, a real estate and property management company based in New York. “Neil’s diverse business experience, depth of relationships and leadership qualities will be an asset to our team,” said Yeshaya Wasserman, president of SGW Properties, in a statement.

Cindy Ariosa

MRIS made a number of changes to its roster this week. First, Brian Donnellan was promoted to chief operating officer from chief financial officer and senior vice president of business operations.

Cindy Ariosa was appointed vice chairman of the MRIS board of directors. David Howell is the new MRIS board of directors secretary, and Mark Lowham and Sue Smith also joined the MRIS board.
