Takeaways:

Just a few years ago, agents were shunning online ratings and reviews, and Instagram was in its infancy. Fast-forward to today: These digital tools are fast becoming an integral part of the industry and are paving the road to new customers.

Real estate pros Dusty Baker, Sarah Scheper and Kenny Truong have built their careers on innovation and connection, and they’re joining us at Inman Connect San Francisco to discuss how they leverage Instagram and customer reviews to find leads, strengthen relationships with existing clients, and, of course, that all important bottom line: close deals. Find out more about these dynamic panelists below, or better yet, get connected with them in person at Inman Connect San Francisco this year.

Dusty Baker

Coming from a real estate family, Dusty was provided transactional experience starting at a very young age. He joined Epstein Partners more than six years ago and has been an integral member ever since. Dusty’s career has involved hundreds of closed transactions and over $100 million of sales. The high-volume practice brings expertise in short sales, REOs (foreclosures), trust sales and probate sales.

Dusty has spent a lifetime in Santa Barbara, California, building a respected name in the community, both online and in real life. This reputation is the driving factor behind his strong business practices and ongoing success.

Not only does she know the three L’s of real estate (location, location, location), but she’s an expert at the ABCs of social media. Sarah keeps it simple but consistent with social media (for example, Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, blog postings), and she has a single purpose: to gain new referrals while retaining past customers.

He has a passion for technology, and with increased open data, powerful marketing tools and efficient systems being developed by new startups, Kenny is able to leverage these technological advances to better serve his clients.

Although he’s fairly new to the real estate scene, Kenny has a track record of over 100 homes sold in just the last two years. He credits his success to a hunger for knowledge of the industry and a highly responsive, very transparent and #FAST service for his clients.
