Takeaways:

If you have ever wanted to expand your company, recruit more agents, increase your sales or audit your firm for compliance (but weren’t sure how), a new consulting company may be able to guide you to those goals.

T3sixty (a merger of RealSure Consulting, Recon Intelligence Services, RealEstateCoach.com and Miller Consulting) will offer research, strategy innovation, scenario planning and management solutions to real estate professionals, the company announced last week.

Although technology expenditures, MLS fees and business consulting exceeds $3 billion per year, only a handful of small management consulting companies serve the industry, and T3sixty hopes to help its clients meet those needs.

“The largest struggle brokers, leaders and executives have these days is processing and understanding their options and then making the best decisions,” said Karen Herrera, T3sixty’s communications director.

A screencap from T3sixty’s “About Me” portion of the website.

“In today’s dynamically changing real estate business, executives and decision-makers need accurate information and detailed analysis. We empower real estate agents, teams and brokers to succeed at a higher level by providing expertise in various formats and platforms. This means delivering practical and actionable resources, as well as extensive research and hands-on real estate industry experience.”

Billing itself as “the secret SEAL team,” T3sixty will offer brokers, franchisors, association leaders and executives from MLSs, portals and technology firms an evaluation of their technology systems and capabilities; analysis of their technology vendors, alliances and partners; complete IT systems design; and risk and compliance audits.

T3sixty will operate as part of the Swanepoel T3 Group, one of the largest publishers of brokerage industry market research and business trends analysis, and a consultant on strategic planning, competitor evaluation, brokerage management, MLS and association management and technology.

The company will be led by Stefan Swanepoel, chairman of the Swanepoel T3 Group. Swanepoel, who will serve as CEO, has published dozens of books and reports on industry trends since the 1990s.
