James Corcoran

Engel & Völkers announced that James Corcoran has joined the North America headquarters team as director of finance. “[Corcoran’s] achievements in the financial sector and innate knowledge of the real estate industry make him the perfect fit for this role,” said Anthony Hitt, CEO of Engel & Völkers North America, in a statement. “His experience will provide a key counterpart to our North American team to ensure that Engel & Völkers continues to provide premium service at all levels throughout our ongoing expansion efforts.”

Lily Wokin

Lily Wokin has joined Douglas Elliman Real Estate as a member of the Sroka Worldwide Team. “Lily’s extensive knowledge of New York and international luxury sales, and her experience in residential, commercial and resort transactions, make her a natural fit for Elliman and for the Sroka Worldwide Team, one of our firms top-producing teams,” said Dottie Herman, president and CEO of Douglas Elliman, in a statement. “We’re so happy to welcome her to the firm.”

Jacob Gaffney

HousingWire has promoted Jacob Gaffney to editor in chief. “Jacob has not only been with HousingWire since our very early days, he’s also proven himself to be a valuable and talented leader within our editorial department,” said Paul Jackson, founder and CEO at HousingWire, in a statement. “We’re honored to promote him into this important role, not only for our company but for the industry at-large as well.”

Kristine Chin

Kristine Chin is the new vice president of customer engagement at Auction.com. “Becoming a more customer-centric company is crucial to our long-term success and a foundational philosophy that we are very serious about,” said Auction.com CEO Tim Morse in a statement. “Tapping into Kristine’s experience, we look forward to developing new programs, processes and products that allow us to engage with our customers in even more meaningful ways.”

WFG National Title Insurance Co. appointed Stephen Gregory as underwriting counsel for its agency group in West Virginia. “Stephen is well-known and highly regarded by his peers and colleagues throughout West Virginia,” said Thomas Klein, senior vice president, agency, Southeast region for WFG National Title, in a statement. “I have already heard from a number of WFG agents in the region who are thrilled to have him aboard as a resource.”
