Inman Local 101: Here’s what to expect from our next big initiative

Have you heard the chatter about Inman’s newest initiative? Still wondering what you can expect from it?

Here’s the primer you’ve been waiting for:

Starting November 2, Inman is offering localized content in six markets.

Readers in Chicago, Houston, Miami, Los Angeles, San Francisco and Washington, D.C., can stay on top of market trends, read about their city’s movers and shakers, and dive deeper into what makes the local market unique.

Even if you’re not in one of these markets, keep an eye out — we plan to continue our expansion into other cities.

We’re excited to offer an improved website and email newsletter to deliver the same great news to you — and more.

Readers will be able to select whether they’d prefer to see our national news feed or one of the Inman Local options from the inman.com home page. You’ll be able to toggle back and forth easily.

Our local coverage will extend to local market data, local top producers, local independent brokers, local real estate teams and stories about how agents and brokers in those markets are selling homes and going above and beyond for their clients.

And Inman Local readers will still see all the top national news in their feeds, too.

Are you interested in taking part in Inman Local’s contributor program? We’re always welcoming contributors who want to write, submit luxury listings or recommend individuals and brokerages to be profiled. Contact local@inman.com for more information.
