Gavin Blair

The Iowa Association of Realtors has hired Gavin Blair as its next Chief Executive Officer. “We conducted a nationwide search and interviewed several excellent candidates. We felt Gavin Blair was the best fit for IAR with his background in government affairs and his track record of progress and innovation in his previous positions,” said IAR President Jon Yocum in a statement.

Pete Pannes

LenderLive has named Pete Pannes as its first Chief Revenue Officer. “Success in our industry is always built upon relationships and trust, and no one exemplifies these qualities better than Pete Pannes,” said Rick Seehausen, LenderLive’s Chief Executive Officer, in a statement. “His leadership, experience, professionalism and drive will accelerate LenderLive’s growth.”

Joe Brown

Joe Brown has joined Intero Real Estate Services’ Willow Glen team as the new Vice President and Managing Officer. “We are so honored and excited to welcome Joe to the Intero team. He’s contributed so much to the real estate industry throughout the Bay Area,” said Tom Tognoli, Intero’s President and CEO, in a statement. “I have no doubt he’ll bring a fresh approach and new inspiration to our Willow Glen office.”

Piper Neal Beveridge

Ellie Mae has hired Piper Neal Beveridge as its Vice President of Government and Strategic Relations. “Piper’s deep expertise and experience in senior leadership roles will help Ellie Mae to continue to deepen our valued relationships with the GSEs and regulatory agencies,” said Joe Tyrrell, Executive Vice President of Corporate Strategy at Ellie Mae, in a statement. “We are excited for Piper to lead a number of key strategic initiatives that will further improve transparency and predictability through the process from origination to delivery.”

Tammy Powell

Russ Laggan

Tammy Powell and Russ Laggan at Carrington Real Estate Services have been promoted to Regional Vice Presidents. Powell is the former Orland Park, Illinois, office leader, and Laggan is the former Tampa, Florida, office leader. “In today’s market, agents need and deserve strong leadership,” said Wendy Forsythe, Executive Vice President and Head of Global Operations at Carrington, in a statement. “Carrington Real Estate Services is committed to continuing to develop and expand our agent support teams to offer our sales professionals access to great leadership, like Tammy and Russ.”

Emily Farley

Virginia Mortgage Lenders Association inaugurated Emily Farley as its new Executive Vice President of Business Development for Atlantic Bay Mortgage. “I am honored to take over as VMLA President,” Farley said in a statement. “It is our mission to build our mortgage teams and make sure we stay in it for the long haul. Our grassroots efforts make a difference in the lives of people who call our great state their home.”

Robert M. Patrick Monaghan

iRent, a nationwide real estate rental marketplace, announced that Patrick Monaghan was appointed to its Advisory Board. iRent Founder and CEO, Matthew B. Amy Wu at RealtyMogul.com, an online real estate investing marketplace, has been promoted to Vice President of Residential Finance. “I could not be more thrilled to have Amy in this leadership role,” said Jilliene Helman, CEO of RealtyMogul.com, in a statement. “Amy brings a lot of valuable experience to our team.
