Think about what you want and if it’s reasonable before you call another agent with a request. And heed the following advice:
1. There is no layaway in real estate
Calling and asking for a property to be held until your buyer can make it, isn’t acceptable. Don’t expect it.
2. Be nice, and don’t holler at your colleagues
There’s no excuse to be rude to your peers.
3. Drive safe
Be cautious, and don’t show houses on those flooded roads.
