Not all real estate agents jump into the “deep end” by starting their real estate careers as full-time agents — many prefer to test the water first by working after-hours and weekends as part-time agents while they continue to punch the clock at their day jobs.

We’ve met (and coached) lots of part-time agents who apply time-management skills to make part-time real estate a highly-profitable career — and, of course, many of those part-time agents choose over time to become full-time agents as they either retire from their 9-to-5 career or realize how much more income they could be making if they focused exclusively on real estate.
