Re/Max’s 59,000 agents can now easily pull leads from Zillow and Trulia directly into the customer relationship management (CRM) system provided by Re/Max to its agents. Re/Max agents can also show reviews from the listing portals on their personal websites.

The integration is part of Re/Max’s renewed agreement with Zillow Group, owner of Zillow and Trulia. The deal provides prominent branding and attribution on listings from Re/Max agents for both the Re/Max brand and all those Re/Max agents and brokerages whose listings appear on Zillow.

Errol Samuelson, chief industry development officer of Zillow Group, hailed the deal as a “landmark agreement” that “will help Re/Max agents work more effectively and receive even more value from Zillow and Trulia.”

Under the terms of the deal, all Re/Max agents “will have the opportunity” to feed their listings to Zillow, Trulia and other sites part of Zillow Group’s syndication network, including Yahoo! Homes, MSN Real Estate, AOL Real Estate, HGTV and Leju.

Re/Max agents who syndicate their listings to Zillow will be clearly labeled as listing agents in the buyer’s agent boxes that appear on their Zillow listings.

In addition, the agreement enables Re/Max listings on Zillow to feature “unique brokerage branding, including a logo and link back to the brokerage website.”

Re/Max agents will be able to have leads from Zillow Group websites delivered directly into LeadStreet, the lead and listing management software provided by Re/Max to its agents.

LeadStreet lets agents store contacts, send marketing emails and track their listings across the Internet. Re/Max provides a version of the software to its agents for free.

The agreement will also enable agents to easily display Zillow reviews on their websites.

The integrations will take place through Zillow APIs (application programming interfaces) that can synchronize Zillow agent reviews and lead distribution with real estate websites and CRMs.

Zillow Group will offer “specially designed” training to help Re/Max take advantage of the resources provided by Zillow under the agreement.
