Chicago-based VHT studios announced its acquisition of New York’s Gotham Photo Company, making VHT the largest real estate photography company in the Big Apple. The announcement of the acquisition comes as the third of such in the past few years, broadening the scope of talent and capabilities.
Gotham Photo Company is an award-winning photography service for real estate professionals in New York for more than 10 years. While the company plans to keep its name, team and office, the service offerings are expected to expand to New York clients.

The acquisition made sense for the companies, both of which share the same views on real estate photography, technology and innovation. Through photography, 3-D tours, aerial photography and floor plans, the real estate experience provided by VHT Studios is of the highest quality, according to Vince Collura, founder of Gotham.
Gotham also has operations based in Florida and California, which the acquisition includes.
