American Home Shield, a home warranty provider, promoted Tim Haynes to President and Trafford Seymour to Vice President of Sales.

Mike Rasooli

LRES, an REO and appraisal management company based in Orange, California, has hired Mike Rasooli as its Chief Technology Officer. “Mike is no stranger to technological innovation, and we welcome his specialized expertise to add further enhancements and value to our proprietary appraisal order management technology platform, LRES DirectConnect, and our vendor portal, as well as provide guidance and strategic direction toward future technological developments,” said Roger Beane, CEO of LRES, in a statement.

Steve Landes

Stonegate Mortgage Corporation, a publicly traded mortgage company, announced that Steve Landes has been named Director of National Sales while continuing in his role as President of NattyMac, Stonegate Mortgage’s wholly-owned warehouse lending subsidiary. “Steve has played an integral role in the growth of this company, having created its origination platforms,” said Jim Smith, President and COO of Stonegate Mortgage. “I’m confident that Steve’s knowledge, passion and proven leadership skills will greatly enhance future development of our originations platform.”

Dave Raskin

Jim Davis is the new Managing Director of Loan Servicing and David Raskin is the new Chief Valuation Officer at Valuation Partners, an appraisal management company based in Sugar Land, Texas. “We are delighted to welcome Jim and Dave, who bring decades of experience in their individual fields to our team,” said Bill Fall, CEO of Valuation Partners. “Both gentlemen are well-known, highly respected executives who have performed at a high level for national providers of valuation products and services.”

Jason Kothari is the new CEO at Housing.com.

Scott Wheeler

CoStar Group, a provider of commercial real estate information, analytics and online marketplaces based in Washington, D.C., named Scott Wheeler Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Wheeler will report to Andrew Florance, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of CoStar Group. “CoStar Group continues to build momentum as we help transform the commercial real estate industry to benefit our clients and consumers,” said Andrew Florance, Founder and Chief Executive Officer, in a statement. “We’re thrilled to welcome Scott, who not only brings decades of financial experience to the company, but a proven operational track record and excellence that reflects our values and will help us achieve our goals as the company continues to scale up.”
