Miami Realtors do well on 2015 America’s Best list

On the Florida entry on the Real Trends Best Agents in America list, a handful of well-regarded Miami-area Realtors stand out.

Here’s a brief introduction to the top five by the “individuals by sides” ranking:

Henry Benito

Coming in at no. 7 is Henry Benito of the Benito Realty Group in Coral Gables. Benito is credited with 226 transactions. Benito Realty Group focuses on the needs of lender institutional clients, as he specializes in the REO process.

His team deals with all aspects of the foreclosure and sale process, from pre-foreclosure loss mitigation to the initial occupancy inspection and through the closing of the asset. Benito’s group calls itself “the fastest growing REO team in Miami-Dade, Broward and Palm Beach Counties.”

The no. 12 spot is held by Jose Fente, who is with Tropical Realty, Inc. of Hialeah. He has 201 transactions to his credit. Fente sells homes in the Greater Miami area, and in Homestead.

real estate market, he leads a team of five assistants who together close approximately 30 deals each month, and is skilled as REO agent. Edwards considers himself well-versed in distressed sales and working with investors, and with works with Northerners seeking relocation to the Sunshine State. He is also one of the top five Keller Williams agents in the country.

Jesse Pan

Jesse Pan, with Coldwell/Banker Residential Real Estate/NRT in Coral Springs ranks 26 on the list. He specializes in relocations, foreclosure and short sales, and is a certified New Home Consultant. Pan is fluent in English, Spanish and Chinese. He has been ranked by Coldwell Banker in the top 1 percent of agent worldwide, a President’s Premier Agent, and has been a top monthly producer multiple times. He was ranked as the no. 186 agent in the US by Realtrends.com/Wall Street Journal.

Holding the no. 38 spot is Joshua Shemtov, of Keller Williams in Miami. He has 121 transaction to his credit. An Accredited Buyers Representative, Shemtov is fluent in English, Spanish, German, French and Hebrew, which he says offer him a great advantage in “creating personal relations in the multicultural melting pot of South Florida.” He began dabbling in the real estate industry at the age of 18, turning old homes into small multifamily units.
