Who joined forces in the real estate industry in November to help agents up their game, and who’s rolling out new products? Here’s our rundown, in chronological order.

November 2

Eagle Vision Realty (formerly Coldwell Banker Vision) is joining Edina Realty, a residential brokerage in Minnesota and western Wisconsin.

November 3

NRT‘s personal lines insurance entity has rebranded as Castle Edge Insurance Agency.

November 4

Royal LePage Real Estate Services chose Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies’ WOLFtracks platform for its  franchise management solution.

RESAAS, a cloud-based social service platform, announced that it now integrates with Matterport‘s 3-D layouts.

The Council of Residential Specialists partnered with Deductr, providing a discount to help CRS members manage business taxes.

November 5

Re/Max Launchpad, which allows Re/Max agents to access a variety of tools with one sign-on, has added FiveStreet, ListHub and Placester to its arsenal.

November 10

Dotloop announced that it partnered with New Haven Middlesex Realtors and Scioto Valley Association of Realtors, and dotloop also reached an enhanced agreement with Vermont Realtors.

Sotheby’s International Realty announced that it acquired the assets of Fenwick Keats Real Estate in Manhattan, which will operate as Sotheby’s International Realty.

November 11

Atlanta Fines Homes Sotheby’s International Realty introduced a new brokerage division, the Developer Services Division.

HomeServices of America announced its acquisition of Dallas-headquartered Allie Beth Allman & Associates.

Down Payment Resource announced that public MLS websites MLSPINhomes.com and MoveInMichigan.com would carry icons allowing visitors to identify down-payment-program-eligible listings. Down Payment Resource also announced a partnership with Homes for Heroes.

ShowingTime announced that it agreed to provide online showing management and feedback services to five new MLSs (Northwest MLS in Kirkland, Washington; Central Mississippi MLS in Jackson, Mississippi; and Columbia Board of Realtors in Columbia, Missouri, plus two others) and enhanced agreements with two more (Realtors Association of the Palm Beaches in Florida and one other).

November 12

TheRRD, a real estate services and products provider, announced the launch of its Instant Tenant Screening product.

November 19

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates announced that Ginevra Realty S.A. in Buenos Aires, Argentina, has been added to its real estate network and will operate as Ginevra Sotheby’s International Realty.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Hawai’i Realty opened up shop.

November 23

Sotheby’s International Realty Affiliates launched Snellman Sotheby’s International Realty in Helsinki, Finland.

Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices announced that in January, independent brokerage Beach Properties of Florida will join the network and operate as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Beach Properties of Florida.

November 24

Utah Central Southeastern Chapter (formerly Grand/San Juan Association of Realtors) consolidated with UtahRealEstate.com.

November 25

Lone Wolf Real Estate Technologies announced that data integration would now be available between brokerWOLF and BackAgent.
