Startup Alley: where real estate leaders find the next great idea

One of the most popular features at Inman Connect New York on January 26 through 28, 2016 will be Startup Alley, where more than 30 companies will show off their technology, applications, new business models and innovative new real estate services.

Startup Alley is a networking extravaganza for entrepreneurs to meet and deal-make with the more than 4,000 Connect attendees, who circle the area for four straight days, learning about “What’s Next” in the industry.

Startup Alley is the launchpad for businesses that transform real estate, and the single best opportunity for new entrepreneurs to meet the decision makers that can make their business soar. Past Startup Alley participants include prominent brands such as Trulia, Zillow Rentals, Matterport and more.

Startup Alley, a snapshot:

“NabeWise had a great launch in large part because we participated in Startup Alley. We were able to meet hundreds of the most innovative real estate professionals,” said Ann Baldinucci, CEO at NabeWise.

For agents, brokers and franchises who visit Startup Alley it is a way to learn what is around the bend and which new technologies they can add to their business offering to build on their success.

Attendees get an opportunity to test and try out the technology and get special Connect deals on pricing and offers.

Participants in Startup Alley find new customers and build new relationships.

“I credit Dizzle’s success to Inman at this early stage. We have been able to create multiple large partnerships and gain our first 100 customers,” said Will Caldwell, Dizzle

Inman Connect can put new companies on the map.

“Startup Alley got Relola the visibility and exposure we needed at a crucial time in our development. At ICSF we were able to get in front of the right folks at the right time, in an industry that’s all about timing,” said Daniel Avina, Marketing Director of Relola

It is also a way to test product offers, get customer feedback and ideas on improving emerging tech. The feedback entrepreneurs get is invaluable.

“Startup Alley has by far the best investment I made,” said Venkatesh Ganapathy, CEO MoveEasy.
