With the San Francisco market not going through the typical seasonal lull, predictions of next spring come in varying ways. Paragaon Real Estate Group charts the past few years, going back to 2012, measuring the eb and flow of median sales prices.

This chart shows the fluctuation of home prices since 2013. During that time, the largest pool of home sales was around the $500,000 to $749,000 price range, but in 2015 the $1 million to $1.49 million price range takes the cake.

Paragon Group breaks down the home sales in the luxury sector, measuring each community within the San Francisco region and the number of homes selling for more than $2 million, broken down into groups. The Pacific and Presidio Heights area wins as the most expensive, having the largest pool of home sales over $5 million.
