Development profile: Surge Homes’ three new communites

At the tail end of 2015 Surge Homes announced the start of development on three sites. The company took the input of nearly 3,500 locals to determine the size, designs, floor plans and style of homes.

Museum Blvd is located at 4819 Caroline Street near all of the area’s best venues, galleries and museums. Ranging from $356,000 to $474,000, the development will feature single-family homes and townhomes.

Parc at Midtown at 2401 Crawford St. sits in the center of Midtown between Downtown and the Medical Center. The development is offering new condos, single-family homes and condos ranging $149,000 to $479,000.

Located at 3410 Morningside Dr., Upper Richton is located in popular Upper Kirby where shopping, dinning and going out on the town is around the corner. Townhomes and single-family homes range in price between $424,000 and $914,000.
