“Most of our clients work in advertising, design or technology and are drawn to Toronto’s converted lofts and character-filled Victorian-era homes, so we wanted to create a funky office space that reflected them — and us,” wrote broker and team leader Melanie Piche in an email. “The instant someone walks into our office, they know we don’t do real estate like everyone else.”
