Real Trends 500: Top Miami Brokerage Firms

For 29 years, Real Trends has been providing comprehensive lists of who’s doing what in residential real estate. Whereas the numbers qualifying firms across the country to even be considered have changed, the bragging rights have not.

In 2015, firms needed to closed a minimum of 1,702 transactions to for the 2016 list consideration. These are the top firms from Miami.

No. 39: Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices, Florida Realty, Sunrise

Total Volume in 2015: $3,115,218,000
Headquartered just north of Miami in Sunrise, BHHS Florida Realty has 1,650 real estate professionals working out of 39 locations. The wholly-owned subsidiary of WCI Communities was named the number one Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices affiliate in Florida, and number five in the United States.

No. 47: The Keyes Company

Total Volume in 2015: $2,842,522,584
The Keyes Company is just one decade shy of turning 100, and in those 90 years has accumulated one of the best reputation in Florida real estate.

The Keyes Company operates over 35 offices peppered across south Florida with more than 2,500 agents overseeing everything from mortgages, titles, and insurance. Operating independently since 1926, The Keyes Company brings with it a comprehensive institutional knowledge of real estate in Florida.

No. 98 ONE Sotheby’s International Realty, Coral Gables

Total Volume in 2015: $1,837,799,104
Founded in 2008, the ONE Sotheby’s International in Coral Gables has grown to operate nine offices serving over 400 agents in the Miami area.

No. 345: Keller Williams Eagle Realty

Total Volume in 2015: $652,612,122
Keller Williams Eagle Realty has more than 230 agents serving the Miami area.

No. 461: Re/Max Advance Realty

Total Volume in 2015: $485,457,826
