Located halfway between Santa Barbara and the Santa Ynez Valley wine region, the massive estate sits on 187 acres of oak woodlands and boasts a 300-vine vineyard, a 150-foot-long zip line, deluxe tree house and fort, bocce ball court, putting greens, gym, media house, spa and pool.
Previously offered at $14 million, the property will sell to the highest bidder without reserve on May 21 in cooperation with Mike Brady and Micah Brady of Santa Ynez Land Sotheby’s International Realty.
