Terra Holdings, the parent company of Halstead Property and Brown Harris Stevens, announced that Matthew J. Leone has been promoted to chief marketing officer. “A highly valued member of the Terra Executive Team, Matt has done an outstanding job working to develop and implement innovative and effective social media and digital marketing programs and tools for our Agents,” stated William Lie Zeckendorf, co-chairman of Terra Holdings, in a statement. “We congratulate Matt and are very excited about this new change and the future of the Terra Marketing Division.”

Chris Galy

Chris Galy is the new chief people officer at Ten-X. “As Ten-X becomes laser focused on attracting top talent across our organization and fostering a culture where everyone is empowered to be a leader, the role of chief people officer has become more critical than ever,” said Tim Morse, Ten-X’s CEO, in a statement. “Chris Galy possesses the perfect combination of leadership skills, expertise in building best-in-class talent management systems, and experience scaling a world class people-centric culture for the job. I’m thrilled to announce his well-deserved promotion.”

Deepak Kumar

Sindeo announced that Deepak Kumar is the company’s new COO/CFO. “Deepak’s analytical approach to building businesses, coupled with his proven ability to balance priorities and deliver against strategic goals, make him a significant addition to the Sindeo leadership team,” said Sindeo’s co-founder and CEO, Nick Stamos, in a statement. “With the arrival of Deepak, we have added a leader who will help us fulfill our mission of ensuring that the best mortgage is accessible to everyone.”
