Nina Pankau

Patrick Nackley is the new senior vice president at Superior Home Services, which provides FHA property remediation for lenders and servicers. Nina Pankau has also been promoted; her new title is vice president of finance and information technology. And Thomas Vaughn is the new director of marketing and business development. “As HUD has become stricter in conveyance condition requirements for FHA properties in default, demand for our services is growing tremendously,” said David Cook, president and CEO of Superior Home Services, in a statement. “As we grow, we will be relying heavily on our senior team to ensure that our clients continue to repair properties using as little corporate funds as possible.”

Manicka Babu

OneRent, an end-to-end residential rental and property management service, has appointed Manicka Babu as its new chief technology officer. “As we continue to grow at an accelerated rate due to massive market opportunity, we have positioned ourselves to become the definitive leader in residential renting services,” said Rico Mok, COO of OneRent, in a statement. “Manicka is the right person to arm us with the best technology to make this possible.”

Carley Stephens

Carley Stephens is the new director of strategic development at Atlanta Communities Real Estate Brokerage. “Carley Stephens has an extensive leadership background as well as an excellent working knowledge of the challenges real estate professionals face in their businesses,” says Judson Adamson, founder and CEO of Atlanta Communities, in a statement. “She will be essential in our future growth.”
