“With Carla’s strategic vision and breadth of experience, Weichert Corporate Housing will rise to the same level of success in the Miami market area that we enjoy throughout the country,” said Weichert President Frank Palestrini. “We are very fortunate to have her join the Weichert family.”

Prior to heading business development tactics at Weichert’s Miami base, Conti was a co-founder and managing principal at Premier Relocation Solutions, an affiliate of Weichert Corporate Housing. She served as vice president of operations in New York City until 2011, prior to moving to Rio de Janeiro.

The corporate relocation firm, based in Morris Plains, New Jersey, opened in 2001 as a temporary housing solution for businesses relocating employees to New York City. Weichert aims to deliver lower expenses within high-end living experiences for recent professional transplants.

Offering fully furnished apartments, serviced apartments, short-term rentals, temporary housing and government housing, Weichert serves markets in the U.S., Canada, South America, Europe and Asia.

Weichert Corporate Housing operates under its umbrella, the Weichert Family of Companies, established in 1969. The parent company has more than 470 company-owned and franchised sales offices throughout the nation.

Further establishing its presence in the South Florida market, Weichert has two new properties in the works. ICON Brickell, recently launched, offers panorama views of Biscayne Bay and high-end amenities like a full-service spa, fitness center and spacious square footage.

With a focus on growth in Brickell and Downtown Miami, a second Miami property is under construction. Known as The Crimson, it will provide a Biscayne Bay vantage point and come with high-end touches, including a rooftop pool.
