Logan Circle

Logan Circle is a traffic circle, neighborhood, and historic district in the northwest quadrant of Washington D.C. The primarily residential neighborhood includes two historic districts, properties listed on the National Register of Historic Places, and sites designated as D.C. Historic Landmarks. Originally known as Iowa Circle, the park was renamed by Congress in 1930 in honor of John A. Logan.

Logan 13 is located right in the heart of Logan’s circle. At the center of the circle stands an equestrian statue of Logan. The commercial corridors along 14th and P streets have undergone significant revitalization and are now home to a variety of retailers, restaurants, art galleries, live theater and nightlife venues. And in 2000, a Wholefoods opened up just two blocks from the circle.

All of these wonderful changes have brought residential prices up, as many condominium projects are either in the process of being started, almost to completion or finished and sold out.
