The lifestyle in Brooklyn continues to get more and more luxurious. In the center of Clinton Hill, Fort Greene and Prospect Heights sits the Waverly Brooklyn luxury condominium development, which is now available for Brooklyn condo buyers.

Orange Management, a Manhattan-based real estate firm, recently announced the launch of sales for the building located at 500 Waverly Ave. The sales gallery is located on-site by appointment only.

The seven-story, 48-unit building boasts a hand-laid Norman brick facade. Inspired by Bauhaus modernism, the frontage is organized as concrete “picture frames.”

Units in the building start at $595,000 and go up to about $2.4 million. The building is full-service with amenities to boot. A second-floor terrace with a grilling station, landscaped rooftop deck, on-site parking, bike storage, fitness center and resident lounge are a few of the added perks to the building.

The building also features ground level retail space spanning 8,752 square feet, with Fort Greene Park, Brooklyn Bridge Park, Prospect Park and the new Pacific Park all nearby.

“As our first condominium development in the borough, we wanted to ensure that the location was quintessentially Brooklyn. We wanted do a project in a neighborhood with tree-lined streets and landmarked brownstones, while simultaneously offering direct-to-Manhattan subway access and top-notch amenities,” Andrew Bradfield, principal of Orange Management, said in a statement.

Each unit boasts an open floor plan with high-end appliances and finishes, including fixtures from Bosch, Bertazzoni, Grohe and Liebherr. Three-bedroom, four-bedroom and penthouse units will also feature 36-inch cooktops, wall ovens and Bosch speed ovens.

“Waverly Brooklyn will clearly appeal to the current wave of buyers who are looking to make the move to Brooklyn, but equally to existing residents from the surrounding area who are looking for modern alternatives to brownstones and townhomes,” said Highlyann Krasnow, partner at MNS. “Waverly Brooklyn is filling a gap in the condominium market in Brooklyn, especially with its fabulous amenity package, and we’re excited to be working with the development team on it.”
