Luxury apartments in The District are taking it to the next level, and The Hepburn is the epitome of the trend. Opening up this month in the Kalorama neighborhood, the ultra-luxe building features resort-like amenities and recreation all under one roof.

Located at the corner of Florida Avenue and T Street NW, The Hepburn is surrounded by some of the area’s best restaurants, shops and markets.

Luxury apartments are growing synonomous with concerige services and on-site amenities that rival some of the most prominent resort hotels. The Hepburn takes the throttle up a notch, partnering with Baroo pet conceirge services, The Phillips Collection for modern art, MAVEN car-sharing services and Town & County Movers.

A rooftop deck offers residents access to sprawling views, private cabanas, grills, fire pits and a pool. The building also features underground private parking, a top-notch fitness center, a libary and private dining area that can be reserved. And winos can rejoice with the open wine bar and temperature-controlled wine lockers.
