July 11

Walter Baum

Walter Baum is the new head of business development – real estate at Graphiq. “Walter understands that shrinking integration timelines and limiting cost are huge value drivers for companies looking to incorporate data into their businesses,” said Alex Rosenberg, vice president and general manager of enterprise at Graphiq, in a statement. “He brings deep expertise and a shared vision that will help us scale our licensing product suite.”

John Powell

Help-U-Sell Real Estate announced that it has hired John Powell as its new chief development officer. “John brings decades of real estate and regional development experience, on top of being a Help-U-Sell Real Estate family member for nearly 30 years,” said Robert Stevens, the company’s chief operating officer, in a statement. “He will be driving network growth and development to help us reach our goals for 2016-17 and beyond.”

July 12

Ken Nigro has been appointed to lead business intelligence and analytics for JLL’s corporate solutions business in the Americas; he’ll be based in Chicago. “Arming our clients with the best data and smarter insights to make more informed and strategic business decisions has never been more important,” said Richard Brown, global head of business intelligence and analytics at JLL, in a statement. “Ken is the latest example of our commitment to bring the best and most experienced talent to optimize our BI strategy in the Americas.”

CoreLogic hired Ohan Antebian as its senior director, product management, broker solutions, and Kevin Greene as its senior director of strategic partnerships and new initiatives.

Eric Paulsen

Ten-X hired Eric Paulsen as senior vice president of business development. “Eric is a critical addition to a leadership team committed to solidifying Ten-X’s position as the nation’s foremost online transaction platform for commercial properties,” said Gordon Smith, general manager of the Ten-X commercial real estate division, in a statement. “His wealth of experience not only with our platform, but throughout the commercial real estate industry, makes him the perfect fit to ensure our rapidly expanding private clientele have a reliable and efficient path to buying and selling their commercial assets.”

July 13

Carter Murdoch

The Realogy Franchise Group announced that Carter Murdoch is its new senior vice president of operations. “Carter Murdoch has gained a deep knowledge of our brands, the Realogy Franchise Group as a whole and he understands the business needs of our franchisees,” said Alex Perriello, president and chief executive officer, Realogy Franchise Group, in a statement. “He is a seasoned professional with a proven track record, and I have tremendous confidence in his ability to lead our Centers of Excellence.”

AmTrust Title Insurance Company hired James Dufficy as director of corporate strategy, agency vice president. “James is a rare find, a seasoned title insurance professional with vast experience in the industry, gifted with the kind of personality required to passionately implement our corporate mandate: to establish, maintain and and grow a title agency presence in every state in the union,” said Jason Gordon, AmTrust president, in a statement. “He is excited by the challenge and we are thrilled to welcome aboard such an accomplished professional, with the legal expertise and business know-how to make AmTrust Title a household name in real estate circles in and around the West Coast.”
