Although real estate professionals will have to wait until October for the full site to be available, registration through proprocker is open for those seeking primary placement on the site, which is currently available in beta.

The folks behind proprocker are eager to offer a new type of property management site for agents, vendors, landlords and other property service professionals. Serving as an industry networking and marketing site, proprocker is aimed at relieving the headaches of the “traditional online lead generation platform.”

Communication is key with proprocker. Leads are delivered directly to property managers, and owners and mangers can use the platform to chat. Property mangers can also market themselves to owners using the platform.

One of the biggest focuses for the company is its elimination of poor leads. The company announced that only contact information is sent to members if property owners or other professionals request to contact them specifically.

Users of proprocker are able to purchase packages in a tiered price point at monthly and annual rates.

Packages for property managers are available in price ranges between $99 to $499 per month for property managers, from the basic to premium and premium plus. Premium plus includes premium marketing and advertisement placement on the site and a larger listing. The basic level includes a standard placement and standard size.

For $10 or $39 per month, vendors and other professionals who offer services to property managers and agents can be featured on proprocker. Those looking to spend on the higher spectrum for their marketing dollars receive a company profile page that includes their overview, location, contact info and links to social media pages.

The platform also has some perks for real estate agents. Putting them in direct contact with property owners looking to sell, proprocker aims to be “the future of effective real estate agent marketing,” the company says. Agents can join the service at a standard rate of $99 per month or $199 for the deluxe package, which includes better placement, a larger listing and added placement options.

Costs for all packages are currently discounted for the launch, according to the company.
