Luxury buyers in the Big Apple can now own a piece of one of the largest private developments in American history: Hudson Yards on the Far West Side of Manhattan.
Positioned over the Public Square and Gardens, 15 Hudson Yards is a 900-foot condominium tower with 285 units. Because the property is located within the 28-acre neighborhood near West Chelsea’s Cultural Coast, future residents benefit from proximity to a long list of amenities.

The LEED gold certified high-rise was collaboratively designed by Diller Scofidio + Renfro and Rockwell Group, while Related Sales LLC and Corcoran Sunshine Group are in charge of sales and marketing. List prices range between $2 million and $30 million for one- to four-bedroom condos.
Efficiency and luxury
Innovative touches, such as a water recycling system and Lutron home automation can bring a modern, luxury quality of life for those at 15 Hudson Yards.
High-end finishes grace two different schemes – a light, modern aesthetic and a rich, oak-filled layout. The brighter tonal scheme features dove-dyed kitchen cabinets with champagne metal hardware pieces. The darker “contrast” scheme includes ink-stained oak, bronze fixtures and polished Blue De Savoie stone walls.

Both design options feature floating bathroom vanities, Miele appliances and high-end marble countertops.
Buyers can select from five different residence categories. The Plaza Residences span between one and three bedrooms with floor-to-ceiling windows. The two-bedroom Loft Residences feature open living areas, high ceilings and river views.
The Panorama residences range between one and four bedrooms. These condos offer views of the Hudson River, One World Trade Center and Statue of Liberty among other notable NYC establishments.
Penthouses span between three and four bedrooms, prioritizing privacy with only four units per floor. On the 88th floor, each duplex penthouse encompasses one corner of the tower, with 5,000 square feet of living space complemented by rounded floor-to-ceiling windows. Adding to the opulence, living rooms feature vast ceilings up to 26 feet tall.
According to its developers, Hudson Yards will eventually include over 100 shops and restaurants, 14 acres of public space, corporate offices, a 750-seat public school and an Equinox luxury hotel and gym.
