Noga Caspi

Robert Charles Lesser & Co., which gives tactical advice to real estate developers and investors, announced that Noga Caspi joined as vice president of business intelligence product management. “Noga has immense experience developing analytical models within the real estate sector,” said Gadi Kaufmann, RCLCO managing director and CEO, in a statement. “With these skills, she will cultivate deeper insights for our clients.”

Marty Smith

Real estate brokerage firm NRT — which operates Coldwell Banker, Sotheby’s, ZipRealty, The Corcoran Group, Citi Habitats and Climb Real Estate — promoted Marty Smith to the role of president of company generated business. “This appointment supports our continued investment in strategic growth which will provide NRT affiliated agents more company-generated leads, better tools and the support to successfully service them,” said Bruce Zipf, president and CEO, in a statement.

Brian Benson is the new president and COO at Whiteboard Mortgage Software, a provider of mortgage professional productivity and client relationship software. “Whiteboard is thrilled to have someone of Brian’s caliber join the business at this very exciting stage of our evolution,” said Brian Bomar, Whiteboard chairman, in a statement. “As Whiteboard continues to rethink and enhance the way that our industry interacts with consumers, and builds their knowledge and trust, it is important to have someone with the vision, technical pedigree, and proven leadership skills to help us deliver on our value promise to our clients — both now and in the future.”

John Dingeman

The National Association of Appraisers has named John Dingeman, chief appraiser at Landmark Network, as its president. “I am humbled and honored to have been asked to serve the National Association of Appraisers (NAA) membership as President of the organization,” said Dingeman in a statement. “I hope to continue the NAA’s current growth trend as one of the fastest-growing and affordable organizations for residential and personal property appraisers, and assist in unifying the boots-on-the-ground appraisers who endure continued potential fracturing of our profession.”

Stephanie Younger

Compass has added Stephanie Younger and her team, The Stephanie Younger Group, to its Los Angeles operations. “We are excited to welcome Stephanie and her team to Compass,” said founder and CEO Robert Reffkin in a statement. “They have distinguished themselves with outstanding results in one of LA’s fastest growing and most dynamic markets.”

Andy Pollock

Clayton Holdings, which provides loan due diligence, consulting, title, settlement and other services to the mortgage industry, promoted Andy Pollock to the position of chief revenue officer. “As we continue to develop exciting plans to pursue growth in 2017 and beyond, it is important to have a fully integrated and efficient enterprise sales and consulting strategy,” said Jeff Tennyson, president of Clayton Holdings, in a statement. “Since Andy joined Clayton almost a year ago, he has consistently demonstrated his broad industry network, his deep mortgage experience and his boundless energy to lead and grow Clayton Consulting.”
