Deena Sisson

Deena Sisson joined 1st Advantage Mortgage as regional vice president. “We are extremely excited to enhance our business in the Southwest,” said Paul Lueken, chief executive officer at 1st Advantage Mortgage, in a statement. “Deena has a solid track record for building high-performing sales teams and growing market penetration, and I believe she will attract top talent and make positive contributions to our company culture.”

MetroList has promoted Bill Miller to chief operating officer and has named Bob Greenspan as vice president of business development. “We are thrilled to have such seasoned business professionals as Bill and Bob on our executive team, as we continue to explore shared technology and other opportunities with other MLSs throughout the State,” said Tom Beede, MetroList President and CEO, in a statement. “For more than 30 years, MetroList has provided industry leadership and unparalleled MLS services to its Participants and Subscribers, as we continue to develop innovative business solutions for the real estate brokers and agents that rely on our services.”

Peter Smith is the new managing director and head of originations at real estate debt origination and acquisition platform TPG Real Estate Finance Trust (TRT). “Peter is an accomplished investor with an extensive relationship network and a unique knowledge of the real estate and debt sectors, making him a highly talented, valuable addition to our team,” said Greta Guggenheim, CEO of TRT, in a statement. “I have enjoyed knowing and working with Peter and look forward to the opportunity to work with him again.”
