QwikVid is a real estate property marketing service that turns around professional marketing assets within 24 hours after visiting the property.

The new company aims to combine the rapid turnaround of today’s digital-on-demand marketing with white glove, on-site service.

Once booked by the agent, QwikVid sends a pair of uniformed marketing representatives to the property who document its features with an array of high-end video and photography equipment.

The company’s service coverage extends to Las Vegas, Nevada and most of Southern California, while it’s also working on getting Sacramento online in early December 2017. The team will go anywhere but tacks on a mileage surcharge. The further out you go the higher the cost.

The standard $325 package includes photos, video, 360-degree panoramic, the website — and drone footage. (All ZIP codes in Los Angeles, Orange, and San Diego counties are covered at the standard $325 rate.) Moreover, QwikVid can handle a Matterport tour ($299), if ordered.

Videos can also contain:

  • Voiceovers
  • Custom soundtracks
  • An array of visual effects

The company integrates the media with a contemporary (mobile-ready), one-page listing website. The site can have a custom domain reflecting the address.

User-friendly design

Agents pick and choose which services they want through an intuitive online form. Images can be chosen for the website, re-ordered or deleted online under a slick admin interface.

QwikVid also understands user experience quite well. Ordering from start to finish shouldn’t take more than five minutes.

Speed of lights, camera, action

At risk of sounding superficial, this level of personal, on-site attention can make agents look really good in the eyes of their clients.

The rapid turnaround demonstrates the ability to get things done — and done well. Everything I saw by QwikVid looked sharp (and as tight as much larger marketing services).

Single-listing sites — still popular?

I don’t love the idea of having individual listing websites outside an agent’s existing domain, but the company’s research showed that many agents aren’t concerned with that. The reason why continues to baffle me.

However, QwikVid will happily film and edit for use on your existing website.

The company is relatively new to real estate — but clearly knows what it takes to market property.
