Cloud CMA, a popular real estate marketing and sales support tool, has recently revamped its user experience, according to a press release issued by its developer, Huntington Beach, California-based W+R Studios.

The new version of the software reflects a more contemporary, mobile-forward design, including a number of new report templates, content options and refreshed user interface.

The company also announced that several new tools will be available to Cloud CMA users, including the ability to include off-market listings and a map-based listing selection tool.

Also new is the ability to stream listing presentations to Apple TV accounts or browse them on tablet devices using the Slide Show feature.

W+R Studios also provides Cloud CMA in its more advanced Cloud Agent Suite offering, which includes an enhanced multiple listing service (MLS) search, listing alert features and lead generation tools.

In a press release to Inman, W+R Studios co-founder Greg Robertson said his product was due for a “refresh.”

“We think our design team has knocked it out of the park. Agents are going to love the new look and feel, and updated report designs,” he said.

Cloud CMA gives agents the ability to quickly access current market data and live community information for curation into attractive, interactive comparative market analyses, listing presentations, buyer tours, flyers and general property activity reports.

Agents can also have reports created by emailing an address and MLS number to Cloud CMA.

Reports and presentations can be customized and branded in a number of ways with different fonts and visual themes. Versions are also available for teams and brokers.

The product was launched in 2010, making it one of the first products to breach the real estate market with dynamic, web-supported marketing capabilities.

Cloud CMA’s update is available now to new customers and will be rolled out to current customers over the next few weeks.
