HomePrezzo, based in Australia, first entered the real estate market to give agents a more animated, vibrant alternative to PowerPoint, a tool often used in listing presentations.

The company has shifted recently, positioning itself on the availability and simplicity of animated video marketing technology to offer real estate agents an array of dynamic sales tools.

Users work from a library of regularly updated templates to stylize listing videos, suburb-specific videos and even comparative market analyses — something rarely presented in this fashion.

Each video can be adjusted to include brand colors, fonts, images and information specific to its users and their audience.

Naturally, HomePrezzo animations are shared easily to YouTube and Facebook, the two most prolific video content destinations on the internet, as well as Instagram, where video “Stories” have taken off.

Listing videos are built with information gleaned automatically from your customer relationship manager (CRM). The company has also connected with CoreLogic for data needed in comparative market analyses (CMA or comps) and suburb videos.

Suburb videos from HomePrezzo are exactly what they sound like: video overviews of specific neighborhoods. They can include average sale prices, days on market and a range off additional market hot buttons.

CMA videos pull in comps images with pricing and location data and include fun, animated images and branding elements to help communicate where a listing stands within the market.

Users can choose to have HomePrezzo automatically update data via CoreLogic to ensure videos remain relevant.

For agents longing to enter the world of video marketing but who worry about its complexity, know that tools like HomePrezzo are making it exceptionally easy to get started. Granted, they are primarily animations, but do include timely, relevant market data, which is what makes them worth watching for the viewer.

HomePrezzo videos also make terrific agent blog and email campaign content and would surely get a few more likes on Facebook than standard image-and-text announcements of a new listing.

Most agents are overthinking video and are too concerned about the potential difficulty of frame-by-frame edits and overlapping soundtracks. If that’s you, rest assured — today’s apps and services are making it incredibly easy to create YouTube-worthy content.

HomePrezzo is removing those concerns and giving agents easy tools to put engaging video into their marketing ecosystems.

Representatives from the company will be attending Inman Connect San Francisco later this month. The company told Inman via email that they have “big announcements” coming for the U.S. market.

If you’re attending, track down a member of the HomePrezzo team to learn more in person, and maybe get a jump on your competition that did not choose to fly to San Francisco.
