Brokers that use Lone Wolf’s transaction management solutions will soon be able to offer their clients a simplified moving experience, thanks to a new partnership between Lone Wolf Technologies and relocation startup Updater.

The partnership will connect Lone Wolf’s zipForm Plus and TransactionDesk platforms to the Updater platform, allowing property information to sync between the two companies programs, all while inviting buyers and sellers to create an Updater account.

“We’re thrilled to announce our partnership with Updater and bring this helpful service to our mutual customers,” Lone Wolf CEO Jimmy Kelly said. “This partnership further expands Lone Wolf’s technology ecosystem and represents another step forward in our mission to simplify the real estate experience for all.”

“With an integration between our industry-leading transaction solutions and Updater’s state-of-the-art moving app, we’re able to help real estate agents and brokerages across the country deliver an unmatched client experience,” Kelly added.

Updater is a relocation platform that aims to streamline the moving process by personalizing it to each consumer’s needs. From the platform, consumers can forward their mail, schedule TV and internet installation, hook up utilities, secure insurance, reserve a moving company and more.

The company has raised nearly $100 million in funding, from sources like Fidelity International, SoftBank Capital and Second Century Ventures, the strategic investment arm of the National Association of Realtors.
