Real estate marketing software firm Imprev Inc. has updated its mobile marketing platform to provide Google Plus and Pinterest integration.

Imprev’s marketing center allows agents to create broker-branded mobile-optimized marketing items like fliers, virtual tours, postcards and brochures and share them through a variety of channels, including email, a stand-alone website, Facebook, Twitter, PDF and now Google Plus and Pinterest.

“Smart agents are aggressively using social-media sites in order to engage buyers and sellers,” Imprev CEO Renwick Congdon said in a statement. “Integrating Google+ and Pinterest into our marketing platform ensures our customers can easily post to the most popular social sites.”

Imprev client Prudential Northwest Properties has moved over to the new platform.

The Portland, Ore.-based brokerage, owned by HomeServices of America, is one of nine Prudential-affiliated brokerages transitioning this fall to the HomeServices franchise brand, Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices. The firm will be known as Berkshire Hathaway HomeServices Northwest Real Estate when it effects the transition in early November.

Imprev’s marketing center will incorporate the new branding — which features cabernet and cream colors and a new logo — when the transition takes place, Congdon said.

Bellevue, Wash.-based Imprev says it provides personalized marketing materials for more than 150,000 real estate agents worldwide. In July, Homes.com announced that it was making an Imprev-powered marketing center available to the portal’s “Premier” clients.

In June, Imprev announced six brokerages had adopted its mobile marketing center, including Sutton Group-Summit Realty Inc., Sutton West Realty Inc., Sutton Group Classic Realty, Sutton Group-Old Mill Realty Inc., San Francisco-based Paragon Real Estate Group and Sarasota, Fla.-based One Sarasota Realty Group.

The same month, Imprev started making its mobile marketing center available to individual agents for $199 per year for a print-only version of the platform, $399 per year for the digital-only system and $499 per year for a combined print and digital version.

Editor’s note: This story has been updated to correct that Prudential Northwest Properties is not a new Imprev client.
